Before we begin, we will discuss your concept and its feasibility. If a project seems too complicated for our services, we will let you know in advance, saving you time and money. We will also offer suggestions that will place your project within our guidelines for success. At this stage, we will request a copy of any design drafts or sketches you may have.
Once we create or receive your design sketches, we will start to model your project in the appropriate 3D modeling program. Upon completion, we will send you a 3D image of your concept for verification. During this stage of processing, we encourage feedback to ensure we are on the right track.
Once you are satisfied with the design concepts we will 3d print your project. Our 3d printers offer a wide range of materials with micron precision. We will explain the process fully so there are no misconceptions about the composition, capability and durability of the final product.
Our goal is for complete satisfaction. If there are inconstancies in the model or assembly, we will attempt to fix it, adjust the price, or reprint the project. We print using a process called Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), which extrudes a single color thermoplastic filament. Additional finishing services are available.

"Now, as I step back and think about the past year. There is definitely a success story here, but for me personally, it’s not the “Black Widow” 3D printed guitar. I now have a renewed sense of purpose in life. It is easy to see how the technology of 3D printing could help someone missing a limb for example. Printing prosthetics to improve the quality of life is very definable and apparent, but seeing how the technology has helped pull me from depression may not be so apparent." Jessie Sasser
